1. Course Purchase Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once billed

4. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate transaction occurs, the extra amount will be refunded after verification within 5–7 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
